Finished ! - Af!

It's finished - my Hanne Falkenberg Ballerina jacket. I wore it to Stitch'n Bitch Rotterdam, and got lots of compliments, and pats on the back for it. As I mentioned before on this blog, I changed the colors in the kit. I am really happy with the colors, only I don't have much in my wardrobe that goes with this. For now, I can only show pictures of it on a clothes hanger. On other blogs, I love to see how a garment looks on a 'real' body. I will try to get some 'modeled' pictures, maybe after I have bought some new clothes ? I'll have to convince DH to take some pictures, and be warned, I am not a model at all, quite the contrary.
I am finished too. After the nasty cold, I had a problem with my shoulder acting up. It ended with a cortisone shot, and absolutely no knitting for a week. I feel useless watching TV without a project in my hands...

Mijn Hanne Falkenberg Ballerina jasje is af. Ik droeg het op de Stitch'n Bitch bijeenkomst in Rotterdam, en kreeg veel complimentjes en schouderklopjes. Ik heb het in andere kleuren gebreid dan het oorspronkelijke pakket. Ben heel tevreden over de kleurtjes, maar nu heb ik niet echt iets in mijn kleerkast dat hierbij past... Voorlopig kan ik alleen foto's tonen van het kledingstuk op een kapsto. Ik vind het zelf altijd interessant om te zien hoe iets eruit ziet op een levend mens. Ik zal proberen om een foto te laten maken van hoe dit jasje eruit ziet bij mij. Niet dat ik een model ben, verre van zelfs...
Zelf ben ik ook 'af'. Na de zware verkoudheid/luchtwegeninfectie heb ik nu terug een probleem met de schouder. Dat draaide uit op een cortisonespuit, en absoluut niet breien gedurende een week. Ik voel me een beetje nutteloos zonder project in mijn handen, en 'gewoon' TV kijken...
